Step 1: Install the rail system to the motor unit. Make sure the belt or the chain isn’t twisted while you are installing it to the unit. There is a stopper nut that goes at the very end of the rail, close to the motor unit. This ensures that the carriage does not travel farther in case of malfunction and damage the motor unit.
Step 2: Mount the opposite end of the motor unit to the head bracket attached on the wall. Care should be taken to mount the motor and the rail unit in order that they should be perpendicular to the header wall. The power unit brackets should be strongly secured to ensure safe suspension of the motor unit.
Step 3: Install the rail brackets to the operator plate and to the rail unit. Secure them using the given hardware.
